FORT MILL, SC, August 1, 2022—The Commercial Warranty Center for Continental Tire the Americas has moved onto the campus of our newest tire plant in Clinton, Mississippi effective August 1. The center was previously located at our tire plant in Mount Vernon, Illinois. This is the new address and contact information for the Commercial Warranty Center:

The new location at a larger, state of the art facility in Clinton will better serve customers’ warranty needs. At this center tires, sensors and boots of Continental/General Tire/AmeriSteel brands Radial Medium or Heavy Truck Tires will be processed. Rod Conner, Continental’s Technical Customer Service Manager, says, “We have a great team supporting the center including myself, our new warranty supervisor Daryl Evrard and several other employees. Daryl is no stranger to Continental. He worked at our Mount Vernon plant for 32 years and brings vast knowledge of truck tires.”
For our commercial customers, the warranty process has not changed except for the new location. Customers should still continue to reach out to their Truck Sales Managers (TSM) to begin the warranty complaint process or with any questions.
