Extreme E was a new concept of racing staging races with electric SUVs in extreme conditions to raise awareness for the visible consequences of climate change. The races took place at different locations around the world already showing concrete effects of the climate change. Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Greenland or Sardinia were some of the locations hosting this Championship.
Continental was founding partner of the Extreme E series for 2019 and 2020. Then we became Premium Partner and Tire Supplier in the series 1-4 from 2021 to 2024.
As sponsor of Extreme E we are equipped the teams with specially made tires and to showcase the performance of Continental tires in extreme conditions in very different environments.
